Deliveries and Returns

What are my delivery options?

Same day and overnight delivery is available to Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney & Perth metropolitan areas. Overnight service is available Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth metropolitan areas. Orders must be received prior to 12.00pm for same day and 3.00pm for overnight delivery. All orders over $100 will be delivered free into store (FIS)  Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney & Perth metropolitan areas. For all other areas, your delivery charge will be advised to you in your shopping cart. Please note some items may have restricted delivery areas and extra charges may apply. Upon recepit of your order, we may contact you to advise you of these extra charges.


Can I collect the goods from Surepak?

Yes. Goods can be collected directly from any of Surepak’s warehouse locations: Braeside VIC, Canning Vale WA, Wetherill Park NSW and Underwood QLD

 

Can I have my item delivered to a residential address?

Yes we deliver to residential addresses. If you are not home to receive the parcel it will be left at the premises.

 

Minimum Order Value

All orders under $100 will attract a $9.90 + GST service fee

All pricing displayed on our website is GST exclusive. GST will be advised on your final invoice

 

What is Surepak’s Returns Policy?

Goods can be returned to our warehouses within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Credit notes will be issued for any returns less any freight costs. Special order or custom products are not returnable and no credit notes will be given unless the error has been caused by Surepak.

Faulty/damaged products can be returned within 14 days. Once confirmed, a full refund to the credit card provided on check out will be processed within 7 business days.
